Ready Services Group began in the government space as a consulting company verified by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise through our sister company Ready Support Services (RSS). Our focus on serving our clients in the federal government and defense industry, granted us the ability to turn Ready Services Group into commercial MSP and Cybersecurity provider.

When our company was given the opportunity to enter into the commercial space and create Ready Services Group, we began to offer Managed IT Services along with Cybersecurity. We believe that Managed IT Services are made stronger with the implementation of Cybersecurity. Our team of experts is ready to help you reach your fullest IT and cyber potential! We believe that trust and respect are truly the foundation to great partnerships, and we work very hard to maintain them both. Our clients look to us because we lead with respect for their process and their people!

Company History

Ready Support Services, LLC (RSS) has just started to build and define our future. We are a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) that jumped into the unknown starting with a group of pioneers that believed in one thing, that – MISSION MATTERS! In an industry where small businesses struggle to get started – we looked for support from others and simply believed it would work! We are very proud of our achievements and all the people who helped us get here.

We achieve success because of how successfully we integrate with our clients. We believe that trust and respect are truly the foundation to great partnerships and we work very hard to maintain them both. One complaint most people have about consultant firms is that they can be disruptive. That many times employees fear outsiders coming in and destroying the workflow, but our clients have not seen those issues. They look to us because we lead with respect for their process and most of all their people!

Start With a Small Client

It all started in support of one man! Which turned into a small develop and support contract. We had no idea how far it would go, and not even sure that we would be doing this long. What drove the start of the company was the understanding that we could provide a service that focused on quality and commitment to achieve results. It didn't hurt to have a client that only wanted us to support his equipment - Guess you have to get your start from somewhere!



Onesie-Twosie Projects

This was the first period when we actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were able to support small (onesie-twosie) projects and provide stable and expanding support to them at the same time. We started looking at what we could do next.

The Journey

Our journey has only brought us higher as Information Technology SMEs as we have completely changed the way we approach opportunities. We quickly embrace change, deliver on new technologies and have ensured that our clients receive cutting edge knowledge and skills to assist in making the leap to the Cloud based platforms.



First Major Win

When programs are in trouble sometimes all you need to do is step in and stand up! RSS is working to become a Cloud Ready Partner in the (ISP/ASP) Aerospace IT Cloud Services arena. For the past six (6) years RSS team members have worked for some of the biggest clients in the industry; we took a chance and were rewarded for doing what we needed to do! - Just Keep the Mission Running!
